Are you looking for an exciting internship experience to help grow your skills and gain valuable work experience?  


We are seeking current students who are working towards their Human Resources Management degree to be part of our Corporate Services HR Department for the summer of 2020.


In this role you will:

  • Focus on projects pertaining to our Training and Development group
  • Work with Recruitment team to update and refine Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting processes
  • Collaborate and assist with HR Professionals in a Manufacturing and Engineering environment
  • Assist with the development and implementation of projects dealing with MEPPI’s Wellness Program
  • Support various areas of the HR Department as needed
  • As a part of MEPPI’s Internship program you will have the opportunity to work, contribute, and learn, in a corporate setting with industry professionals. With a Human Resource Internship, you can expect to be involved in:

Basic Qualifications


  • Students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Human Resource Management Major
  • Ability to work full time during the summer of 2020 (May – August)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience a plus
  • Intermediate computer skills, emphasizing knowledge of MS Office products
