Job Description


Manage and maintain a digital library to facilitate the collection, storage and dissemination of market intelligence. Support market research and data analytics activities.

  • Develop and manage workflows for intake, review, description inventory and storage of digital market content.
  • Identify metadata properties and assign relevant metadata values to content.
  • Develop and deliver user training for accessing and using the digital library. 
  • Assist users with library access and use inquiries. Produce reports, charts, graphs and table as requested.
  • Track and report metrics on digital library use.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve data architecture, data quality, workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with IT on the development, testing and implementation of system enhancements.
  • Assist with market research and data analysis.
  • Identify new data sources for business needs. Analyze data, develop data structure and implement data structure within the digital library.
  • Participate in the identification, analysis and selection of data vendors.
  • Further the goals and positive, professional image of the Marketing Department by conducting business with other MEPPI departments, consultants, suppliers, etc., in a timely and cooperative manner

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field with a minimum 3 years of experience with market data management and analysis, or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge of electronic document management systems and related business processes.
  • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills required to communicate with employees and vendors.
  • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office, database management software, and ERP systems

Minimum Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 5% domestically as required
